The purpose of the Fred Johnson Park Association (FJPA) is:

To develop the youth in the community by encouraging their
participation in healthy recreational activities, including tennis
as an alternative

To insure the proper maintenance, upkeep and use of all the facilities
at the Fred Johnson Park

To create an atmosphere of comraderie between all age groups and to
plan and sponsor various community activities within the park
