resurfacing of tennis courts and installation of lights City Councilman, the Hon. Fred Samuel, stated: "Getting the 'new' courts and lights was an eight year struggle. But we persisted... and won. I am committed to see that this park and the others in Harlem become as well-equipped and cared for as the best in other parts of the City for all to enjoy."
